Brief Introduction:

A heavy Capacity load inverter was created to rotate a maximum load of 5 tons by 180 degrees. Its design includes a durable hydraulic cylinder to press and fix production position to ensure safety and facilitate a smooth. The power motors robustness allows it to handle heavy loads effectively during rotation. This feature guarantees controlled movement, minimizing potential risks and disruptions. The load inverter prioritizes safety while providing efficient load handling capabilities.


FHOPE team developed two different machine designs for MDF boards. 

A: Standalone C-type machine. 

The standalone C-type design utilizes forklift loading and can rotate 180 degrees. After rotation, the required pallet can be replaced manually or by a forklift. 

This design occupies a small footprint, is easy to operate, and offers high efficiency. It is suitable for efficient operations with individual products.


B: Rotary ring design be used in conjunction with an inline system and conveyor line.

The inline C-type design machine is suitable for factory production lines and packaging lines. 

It is connected to the preceding and succeeding conveyor lines, allowing for seamless online integration. 

This design is ideal for mass production of products and facilitates continuous and uninterrupted daily operations.

12. In the event of a power failure, the machine has an automatic position lock-up and position soft reset mechanism to ensure safe recovery and resumption of operations.
